As the owner of this website (the “Site”), Moving Animals, we understand that your privacy is of critical importance. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect from you via the Site and how we use and disclose such information.
OUR USE OF COOKIES

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When we refer to “Personal Information” in this document, we are including Device Information and Contact Information.
a) Device Information

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. b) Contact Information
Additionally, we ask you to voluntarily submit information to us when:
1. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name and email address.
2. If you fill out our contact form we will collect your name, email address, and the content of the message you provide.
3. If you subscribe to our newsletter, the registration form asks for your Name and Email.
4. If you donate to Moving Animals, our donor management and fundraising platforms, Donorbox and Patreon will collect personal and billing information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Contact Information that we collect to send you our Newsletter or other Moving Animals communications.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us improve and optimize our Site and Newsletter (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site and the Newsletter, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information, or direct to you provide information, with third parties to help us use your Personal Information.

DATA RETENTION
When you subscribe to the Newsletter and fill out our Contact Form, we will maintain your name, email address, and IP address for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill requests you have made (for example sending you the Newsletter), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your Device Information and Contact information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States in order to fulfill delivery of our Newsletter and other Moving Animals communications. Furthermore, your Device Information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States to provide Google Analytics and in communication with our donor management and fundraising platforms, Donorbox, and Patreon.
SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND WIDGETS
We use social media features, including the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the Share button or similar interactive mini-programs that run on Patreon. If you provide your social media information to us, we may use it to interact with you on these social networks. These features may collect your IP address and other personal data including which page you are visiting on our site and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on Patreon. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will always be posted on the Site, with the “Effective Date” posted at the top of the Policy. If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal information, or we are going to use any personal information in a manner that is materially different from that stated in our Privacy Policy at the time we collected such information, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to consent to the change.
